Welcome to our on-line store. Iron Horse Equestrian Supplies have provided a high quality and premium service to all our store based customers at our Tack shop in Moss, Doncaster, and we can now offer you the same level of service from the comfort of your own home right here on our web site.

We are and have always been a family run business with full, hands on control. In this way we can continue to make sure that you, the customer, receive the service you have come to expect from Iron Horse Equestrian Supplies.
You can view a selection of our ranges here on our website, and order the products you want on-line, secure in the knowledge that our level of customer service is always of the highest standard. Mastercard, Visa, Electron and American Express card orders are  all welcome.
By Phone
Telephone orders are always welcome, again, using Mastercard, Visa, Electron or American Express. We can advise you on sizes etc. if you telephone (01302) 709240 during shop hours.
We carefully maintain and update our website manually and unfortunatley our website does not hold stock levels so there could be items that are low or out of stock, we will do our best to replenish the items or update as quickly as possible but will endeavour to keep you informed at all times.
Delivery Options

During busy periods delivery may be extended. We will try to process and ship your order as quickly and efficiently as we can but please bear with us during this time.

We will attempt to process your order within 24 hours of receiving it. However, at times of exceptional demand, delivery may be extended, we will inform you accordingly. For orders placed before 12pm we will endeavour to process them the same day. Orders after 12pm will be processed the following day. Deliveries will be sent by courier and will require a signature upon delivery unless previously organised. Lighter items may be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class and Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery.

Most parcels should arrive within 3 working days unless we contact you.

Postage within mainland UK is £5.50 standard, an express service can be quoted at the time of purchase. Postage is not refundable on returns.
We reserve the right to amend postage & packing prices as appropriate. Payments are accepted in pounds sterling only.
At the time your goods are despatched we will inform you and provide you with a tracking reference to enable you to track your parcel.  Undelivered goods must be notified within 3 working days.

Damaged or Undelivered Goods

Please check the condition of your parcel on delivery prior to signing for acceptance. In the event that goods are missing or damaged on arrival please specify against your signature and inform us within 3 working days, otherwise no claim can be considered.

“Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch to you of the Products ordered, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have ca ncelled the order

Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

    • The product you ordered being unavailable from stock.

    • Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.

    • The identification of a pricing or product description error.

    • Your failure to meet the eligibility to order criteria set out in the main Terms and Conditions.”

Refunds will be made for any items returned (at customers expense) which are unused and not damaged, within 14 days of receiving them. (This does not affect your statutory rights).
Where you require exchange, this will be sent at the cost of the postage, (GB only). Please pack carefully to avoid damage and also ensure that returned goods are fully insured against loss/damage.
Goods returned under complaint will not be accepted unless clean and dry. Health & Safety Act 1972.

Non Returnable Items

When buying from Iron Horse Equestrian Supplies Ltd, as a consumer under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you are covered  for up to 14 working days after you receive your product (providing the products are unused, have not been opened and remain in their original packaging).

There are certain items however which cannot be returned; we do not offer exchanges or refunds on:

Horse Riding Hats/Helmets

(Due to health and safety guidelines, we do not accept the return of riding hats/helmets; once hats/helmets have been removed from packaging, we can no longer guarantee the condition of the riding hat/helmet and therefore do not accept returns).

Bespoke items including riding hats/helmets, jackets and other personalized items

Used horse bits (unless prior agreement has been made for a hire bit)


Used, marked or dirty items

Prices are liable to increase beyond our control. We cannot guarantee the prices online are the same as instore. If the cost of your order differs from the prices quoted, we will contact you, either by telephone or Email, to request your instructions.
All prices on the website are inclusive of VAT at the current rate of 20%
These terms and conditions do not affect consumer statutory rights.

Errors and omissions excepted

Hundreds of our customers visit our store every year to personally sample the huge selection of equestrian goods on offer. With over 5,000 square feet to browse through, you cannot fail to be impressed. Advice is on hand for the fitting of body protectors, hats and riding boots.

Saddle fitting is available on site, where horsebox parking is no problem alternatively home visits are available.
